These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and oyo89 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "oyo89") governing your access to and use of the oyo89 website at oyo89.pro and all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities provided thereon.

oyo89 is an internationally operated online gaming and sportsbook platform. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English, which is the operative language of this Agreement. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an oyo89 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. oyo89 enforces a strict 21+ policy and carries out age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and collective accounts are not eligible to hold an oyo89 Account.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of oyo89, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on oyo89 or any other gaming platform, or under any court or regulatory order that restricts your ability to enter into gaming agreements.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where oyo89 does not operate. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on the oyo89 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, bank accounts, devices, or IP addresses are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• A mobile phone number registered in your name;
• Your residential address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. oyo89 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify oyo89 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

oyo89 reserves the right to refuse any registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that eligibility criteria have not been met, where information provided is false or misleading, or where it determines that accepting or maintaining the Account would expose the Platform to undue legal or regulatory risk.

All transactions on the oyo89 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). oyo89 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required prior to deposit is the Player's sole responsibility and cost.

4.1 Deposit Methods. oyo89 accepts deposits via the following local payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia);
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits made via bank transfer during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name and previously used to fund the Account. oyo89 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval; the actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

4.3 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC process. oyo89 may request copies of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where a bank transfer is the nominated withdrawal method, a bank account statement confirming account ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in suspension of the withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Standard daily withdrawal limits and maximum per-transaction amounts apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section. oyo89 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence procedures before approving withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

oyo89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting fixtures including the AFF Cup and BRI Liga 1 season opener. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above who are in good standing. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional offer may be active on a Player's Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms and typically range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally — slot titles typically contribute 100%, while live casino tables and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within a period stated in the individual promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: oyo89 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend or permanently close any Account where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedging bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other strategy that circumvents the spirit of the promotion.
• Amendments: oyo89 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.1 Casino Games. All casino games available on oyo89, including slots, live baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game, the affected game round will be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to the Player's Account. oyo89's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Clause 9.

6.2 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets on oyo89 cover domestic Indonesian football (BRI Liga 1, featuring clubs including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), international football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit round), esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), and additional markets. Sportsbook bets are subject to the following:

• Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds are locked;
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per market are displayed at the time of bet placement;
• oyo89 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at oyo89's discretion and may be suspended at any time;
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out; a single void selection will reduce the accumulator by that leg.

6.3 Togel. Togel draw results are published on the Platform promptly following each official draw. Payouts for all togel markets are calculated in accordance with the payout tables displayed within the togel game interface. oyo89 takes no responsibility for any discrepancy between togel results published on third-party sites and the official results as displayed on the oyo89 Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oyo89 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform, including but not limited to game interfaces, bet placement, and bonus claiming;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or transfer funds between accounts;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability on the Platform, whether in casino games, sportsbook markets, or payment processing systems;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location;
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing oyo89 staff or other Players via any communication channel;
• Engaging in any activity that, in oyo89's reasonable assessment, is designed to circumvent the intent of these Terms or any specific promotional rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oyo89 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings arising from any technical fault, service interruption, or game void;
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or togel draw outcomes caused by data feed errors or third-party provider failures;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including game guides, sportsbook statistics, or promotional material.

In no event shall oyo89's aggregate liability to any individual Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your oyo89 Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you must follow the steps below in sequence:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the oyo89 customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request a formal review by submitting a written summary of your complaint, the desired resolution, and all relevant evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, timestamps) to the same email address, clearly marked as a formal dispute.
3. Step 3 — Resolution: oyo89 will acknowledge your formal dispute within 5 business days and issue a final decision within 28 calendar days of acknowledgement. oyo89's decision at this stage is final and binding.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the internal process described above. Players agree not to initiate any legal proceedings in connection with a dispute until this internal process has been exhausted.

oyo89 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of player-protection tools accessible from your Account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, reality-check notifications, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. All limit reductions and self-exclusion requests take immediate effect.

oyo89 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, server-side bcrypt password hashing, real-time login anomaly detection, and role-based access controls to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised disclosure. Despite these measures, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and oyo89 cannot warrant absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oyo89 is incorporated and licensed to operate. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that online gaming may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction, and you accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of oyo89 complies with all laws applicable to you.

oyo89 makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and in contravention of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between oyo89 and any Player.

oyo89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, oyo89 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players via the email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting oyo89 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Player Balance (less any applicable charges and subject to satisfactory KYC completion) will be returned to the verified payment method on file. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

oyo89 may suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its discretion where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continued operation of the Account would expose oyo89 to legal, regulatory, or financial risk, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
